Is it giving an error message? Do you have enough cheese in the shop to afford redistributing? DId you wait 10 minutes since the last time?

find the item you want to customize. if it's customizable, there will be a button under 'equip'/'take off' saying 'customize'. if you click the button, there will be a screen [for lack of a better word] with two options to customize the item [cheese/fraises]. select the option you want by clicking the 'yes' button underneath the cheese/fraises price [it'll only show up if you have enough cheese/fraises to customize the item]. 'customize' will now be written in blue instead of the purple-grey color. click the button, change the item's colors to your heart's content, and click 'submit' when you're done.

If you have multiple shaman items items of the same type ((Eg a heart balloon and a kitten balloon)) Can you equip them both?

If so, when you spawn them in game does it randomly choose which? ((Like how balloons can come out different colors)) So you can see both in game?

Or do you have to choose one and if you want the other then you have to equip that one?

Please only answer if you are 100% sure and have multiple shaman items yourself, I'm not looking for a maybe because I don't want to waste my money on items I won't get to see.

Yes you can, just press the hot key to toggle through them. For instance if you have the heart, kitty and frog balloons just hit the 3 button to go through them.

Yes, it gives you back your points and resets your trees. It costs cheese.

Are you supposed to wait 10 minutes AFTER you logged into the game to redistribute your points? I have enough cheese to redistribute, and I haven't redistributed before but it always says "You must wait for 10 minutes to redistribute" or something like that.

That's a bug that's been around ever since the skills where added to the game. (I think it can even take more than 10 minutes, whether or not you've redistributed before.) Just try again every few minutes until it works.

Nah, it's not a bug. You can't redistribute right as you log in.
