i hope this isnt off topic but i need help with the village and event maps, they always look like this and they form a giant plus sign.

this is annoying and I can never find my way around the maps.

Same with this one but theres no plus, it just spit into sections:

It's not really because of the maps, you're just not loading these images correctly. Images on the backgrounds can be known as a bit laggy, but they usually load within 10s into the map if not right away, but if it doesn't... Well most likely because of your (bad?) internet connexion I'd say?

Does the issue persist if you unzoom the game to the native 800x600 size? It looks to me that those images attempt to render in an unzoomed 800x400 form and does not fit the screen properly as such.

Also, does it persist on alternate platforms such as other browsers or standalones?
