I'm a newer sentinel so I'm not sure about the answer to this and never thought about it. I brought it up to the team to discuss!

Switched computers and now I'm stuck at 33% in login. --- Update: Changed browser and it worked.

Is there any way to reduce my sentence or unban me all together? Again I deeply apologize I have not read the rules and regulations. Can you find out who is the Mod that banned me? You guys need to include stuff about what we can say and not say, I got banned for "promoting drugs" when talking about that is not against the rules. There's not a single part in the forums about people saying such things in the chat in not tolerated. Maybe talk to a player before banning them and update your dang rules.

There's a whole section for it actually in the Guidelines and rules thread ; in the "Chat" tab, it states the following:

That being said, if you wish to appeal your ban, please send a message to any EN moderator. You can find a list of all the EN moderators in the first post of this thread.

Since the year 2015, the account of my son was banned and he lost contact with his best friend. It was an eternal ban .. I ask you to remove the ban on him because he is just a child who is not aware of what he has done. Forever my son left the game and since then he has been without friends ... please remove the ban on him

I feel like it's because my sister was hacking last night, but we use different laptops? She didn't use a VPN though. If it isn't that, I don't know why I was banned. I didn't do any hacking. Would it be possible to appeal my ban?

There is a change email option in your forum profile, but since you can’t access the email it’s linked to it seems that you will have to send in a contact form. You can simply just scroll down the page and hit the “contact” button. Make sure you put in the request as email change. You’ll be asked questions to verify that you are the true owner of the account. :)

Who banned me? I put s3 x d0t c0m as a joke (because Aesthetic, I believe was banned for it) but apparently one of the mods got pissed. I am banned for 168 hours. Also, I was kinda going to have a virtual birthday thing on the 17th, I think a week is overkill.

Yes, someone on your IP was banned by me for hacking. I won't be removing the ban.
