Is there any chance an account that was permabanned (and beforehand was banned ~5 times all for different reasons, though one of them was simply unfair in my eyes, yet i decided to just wait it out) back in december 2018 would ever get an unban?

I've heard that the permabans are now extremely rare to happen (only in specific cases, and i would assume those mean "actual trolls that play tfm only to troll or bots/cheaters", and i was not one of them, but simply an explosive young kid) and happen after at least a 10th ban, so I wonder if I could appeal that perma now or that account is lost forever.

The account itself was mostly banned for vulgarity/breaking chat [cafe] rules.

It is nice that you are interested in this kind of situation. When it comes to your premaban, no, it cannot be cancelled and wont.

No, permabans are for people, who get last warning with 360h and this method is still in use widely. Unfortunately, you can't get back account and your maturity is not taken into account, when it comes to appeal ban.
I'm sorry.
But you can create new account instead and dont break rules anymore. Then you will enjoy the game again.

You both can contact a moderator of your community to find out who banned you so you can speak with them about it.

There is no active ban on your account, though somebody on your IP was banned for hacking; the ban won't be lifted.

You can contact any active RO mod about your ban.

It's been almost half a year since the last mod application ended. When do we (players) expect to see new public mod accounts?

I was warned earlier when fighting with only one individual player, and we were both warned by a mod Alfiecakes to stop or we'll get banned, so we both decided to leave each other alone, and stop interracting with each other. Later I was on an entirely different topic about racism, and I commented that racism is wrong, and so is doxxing. I was banned for 15 days for provoking other players, but I wasn't provoking anyone.
