Ok I said this a few pages back but got useless replies.
I keep trying to use Zong to buy some fraises. I live in London so there should be no problem, BUT THERE IS. I keep trying with different browsers and it fails to work. I tried it with the standalones, failed to work again. I have used it before, why won't it work now? I have enough money on my phone, anything I buy goes straight to my contract. I enter the code right and everything. Why does this keep happening these days and how do I actually buy the fraises without encountering this problem?



If I press retry this happens.


Here is another one on a different occasion.

Okay so i bought the 3.99 One And Confirmed It and It Never Gave Me Any of The Fraisies; I Tried 4 Times on Chrome and Explorer After The Failures I Texted STOP back and yeah, I Want My Friaises ;;

when i confirm the payment after entering the pin code it brings me to the You May Not Rturn to Tfm Now! Then m On tfm and Still getting Do ot Close this Until Payment is Done... So I refresh and I still have my old 11 fraisies :/

I get this thinking I did it succesfully.



Then I accept that I bought 500 fraises expecting my 500 fraises to come succesfully, but then I'm stuck on this.


I want my fraises :C

No one going to answer my question? I shall report it to zong then since it is really pissing me the crap off. This should not be happening to me since I live in a country who uses zong as a perfectly normal use of payment.

I have just used PayPal to buy some fraisis, and I recieved an error in game, this never hapend to me before. Now I'm stuck with no fraisis at all. please help.

Okay so, I emailed Zong and they said they would help with the transaction errors and said its transformice's part thats not giving them and said they would help me but would take a few business days to happen.

Can Someone please help me? Ok so first i buy the 500 fraises with paypal. But then when i get to the paypal login page, I log in and it says "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."

But i try it later, and it says the same thing, here is the error: Atelier 801 SARL
