"Mature behavior and all around good spirits" would not describe Alfiecakes spamming throwables at builds and other players for the sake of destruction and grief. You've hired people in the past that were mean-spirited and petty. Why aren't the rest of you paying attention to your team? How is this either a surprise or acceptable?

I can think of a few ex-staff that could be described as mean-spirited and petty, but not anyone in the team now (and especially not Alfiecakes!!). Using a consumable item in the game that is designed to be thrown is.... the point.

Trolling is allowed in the game. :) If it bothers you, you can always change rooms.

You’re more than welcome to submit a contact form to complain about Alfiecakes’ behavior, but as you know, moderators can’t do anything about trolling. I was simply giving you an action you could take to continue enjoying the game.

Jokes aside, Mana has a very good point though. While trolling is allowed, players are also allowed to votekick trolls if they don't like the trolling. However, public moderators cannot be votekicked. Therefore they should think twice before continuing trolling when it is made clear that it's not appreciated. Telling people to simply change rooms is not justified in this case.

"you have all rights to voteban." Taken from game rules. Clearly no? I understand mods will "protect" Alfiecakes because he is a part of mod team and that's ok. But shouldn't mods have a "mature behaviour"? As stated above they were asked multiple times to stop but they didn't. And there is nothing we can do to stop it since mods are immune to votekick. If Alfiecakes wants to use throwables to ruin builds and firsts he can use a different account that's not immune to votekick. (An excellent idea that doesn't include any kind of power abuse from any side, no?) Going around trolling and saying "I'm immune" isn't helping the community or anyone's enjoyment.

Can you maybe work on redefining trolling in this game? People killing your saves or destroying your builds with throwables just feels like harassment, and coming from an authority figure you cannot trust is not a good look in these times.

Generally it's explained in the Game Rules as to what trolling is.

When I was staff, I would get reports from players wanting me to sanction a user because their builds were being ruined by consumables they were throwing, but I didn't do anything as this counts as trolling, which is a part of the game. If this was a normal player doing this you wouldn't be throwing this big hissy fit over it or calling it "harassment". It's not, get over it.

Besides, people trolling makes it interesting and a challenge ;)

Trolling is part of the game. Mad that your shaman blocked your hole? Did he fool around with a few ghost planks? Is someone not following the rules of a mini-game? Is a naughty mouse constantly stalling? Did your shaman just balloon his friend to first? While moderators won't do anything about trolling since it does not break any game rules, if these players happen to get on your nerves, you have all rights to votekick.

Both you and Gavin are disregarding the fact moderators cannot be votekicked. If a moderator is trolling, there is no way a player is able to votekick this troll out of the room. It is not an even playing field. Of course this wouldn't be an issue if it was concerning a regular player, because a regular player CAN be votekicked. Right now it looks like you're not aware of the privileged position moderators have. That, or you simply don't care which is equally as bad, if not even worse. Let me remind you people have been fired before for abusing this privileged position.
