I need help. A player called Nirvana#7288 entered my account and got me banned for "ban evading". I DID NOT give her autorization to enter my account. I would like to get to the bottom of this and get me unbanned.

I want help please. This happened yesterday at night when I was ASLEEP, AND I HAVE NO CONTACT WITH THAT PLAYER.

Hi, I have this account for 3 years I think and after 3 months of playing I gave it to my little cousin, (I used to live in Romania and moved to israel)
She stayed in romania and she played in my account and everytime she wanted furs i gave her money to buy we shared this account together, Now i'm back to playing and I see I got banned for "compromised account" I read the terms and rules and I understood and I won't share this account with anyone, If you can lift my ban and give me a second chance I'd appreciate that a lot.
