Are you sure you're copying the code it sent to your email address properly? Without any spaces, with the right capitalisation, etc.?

Are you typing your original pasword or your code that was sent by email in the box?

Can we put rounds in profiles and past Japan Expo items in the shop?

I tried the email thing on nekodancer because someone was on my account and it was blank, so I tried to look at my email to see if they sent a code. and they sent nothing..

Then you'll be best to ask for an e-mail change.
Send a contact with as much information from this list as you can:

- Username
- Your current IP
- Location where you made your account (city, state, country)
- Transaction records if you have bought fraises
- List of users who may have access to your account

How long will it take to recieve a msg from the admin and/or mods?

Time can vary. If you don't get a response within 2 weeks, send another form.

Example? I'm pretty sure there's no way to bypass it short of joints. :s
