Not particularly. It's the internet, somewhere where text is use to communicate. Not everyone is going to type in full English, same for texts. So no, it doesn't annoy me.

I've honestly been tired of things like "sp" "ty" and especially "pls" and "plz" for the longest time. It takes literally 1 second to type the whole word(s) out...

These don't annoy me at all. People can use as many abbreviations as they want, it's their decision and their way of expression. I use 'lol' a lot instead of haha or some smiley because that's just how most of The Internet users do it.

Of course, I won't use idk,ty,gj in long and more serious texts but this is just a simple flash game about mice and when someone tells me gj, I am going to say ty, if they say Good Job I say Thank you.
I had no idea this would actually annoy some people and to be honest, it surprises me :P
