I apologize, I made a thread about shop problems before I saw this, feel free to delete my old thread.

I just bought 500 fraises today, so I bought a customization for the scarf, which only costs 20. It was a bit glitchy, so I reopened the shop and clicked to buy it again a few times, but it wasn't buying. When I finally was able to buy it, my number of fraises jumped from 500 to 420 fraises remaining. Trying to buy the first three times didn't give me the customization at all, but the fourth buy did, so I guess that the game thought I bought the same thing 4 times.

I'll be more patient with the system next time, but I'd like my missing 60 fraises back so I can buy some more stuff! :) Thank you for your time.

EDIT: My fraises were refunded today! I gave up on this getting resolved, but looks like someone was looking into it, so thank you very much forum <3

I'm trying to use the Zong payment method. It's taking my money, but I haven't received any fraises!

From what we know so far, this is not a problem on Transformice's end but on Zong's end. They are most likely failing to transfer the money from Zong to Transformice.

Please visit <a href="http://www.zong.com/help/contact-us" target="_blank">this page</a> and explain your problem as precisely as possible. You should either get a refund, or they'll send your money to Transformice and you'll get your fraises. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this, though. We also haven't got any information on how long it takes to get a response or your problem fixed.

I'm having the same problem also.
When I attempted to buy 1100 fraises. It kept saying: Error #3 after I proceeded my payment.
I really need some help.

I just bought Frasies with my credit card, and they didn't arrive. x.x I can post a screenshot of my Validation page if needed. I spent only 5 bucks, but still, it's money I couldn't have spent on something else. :(

Basically what happened was I was in the app for Mac, but went to Firefox to make the payment. I filled out my information, etc, and selected "Pay Now." I went back to the game, no Frasies. I did leave the payment screen in the game though while making the payment...not sure if that created a glitch or what.

I hate to double post, but I really need to get someone's attention on this issue. I have gotten neither an email, nor a response on here, although it's only been 7 hours since my last post. At this point I'm not even sure if my transaction went through, since I've gotten no response. No idea what I'm supposed to do at this point and afraid to try the transaction again.

Well, I never gotten an email from them either. I need help also with this error. We might have to be patient with this problem.

That worries me greatly. When it comes to currency, and credit cards, I have to worry about that stuff. I really hope that their system is effective...and that we both get a response soon.

Hm... It seems that you're the 3rd person that had the same error...
So, I'm not really the only one. Skydermouse is having the same problem also.
We have been waiting for a week to get this problem fixed...

The problem hasn't been going on for long for me though. It's only just started today. I was able to buy fraises the other week. It's so weird. :c

We might need a Mod here to report this to the Transformice Admins...

Having the same issue with this "error #3", (though a friend from the US has just been able to buy some).

Hi im trying to buy stawbarries with my master card (its a gift card) its what i used last time to buy them last time just keeped trying and then it worked but now its bin around 1 hour and its still lodeing e.o i filled out all the stuff i also tryed turning it off and trying one more time but its not working and the card isnt refundable -.-
