sometimes i dont even notice someone new has joined, and see all the people saying "WELCOME!!!1" and im just like "???". I feel that if it got customized, i would notice it more easily.
And to prevent cusses/innappropriate things, before it is set the admins or whoever can check it.

Admins have more important things to do, and since tribes are an internal/private thing, it wouldn't be moderated anyway.
Otherwise ranks would be moderated.
