Well this is pretty awesome since I always wondered how people made some maps..but yeah..even after using Photoshop for more than 10 years..this stuff just boggles my mind. I know nothing of XML and whatnot. Would be the titties if you could just use a drawing tablet. Doubt I have the patience to learn this thing. [Edit] Wow..after messing around with this for an hour or 2...it is amazing. It would have taken me hours to do what I've done and it would have looked half as nice...Viprin, you sir, are a scholar and a genius. |

How to use the curved lines ? :< |

Phoeny a dit : You have to put grounds under the art. Shervonne a dit : In the "Draw Tool" area, click the box "Use Bezier Curve" and draw a line. You'll see green X's, drag the green X's around and you can create a curve. |

I tried to add ground under the art, but the problem is when Im in the editor screen I can't see the art (I can only see it in validate mode). Any help? :( |

This process is long and very hard. (personally takes me at least an hour for perfection) I suggest using FOREGROUND black grounds as they are easy to see, and validating in and out to get the placement right. You'll get used to it if you do it frequently. Try and guess where it goes and keep validating to try to put the ground at a reasonable spot. :)) |

Epalk a dit : my suggestion is using debug mode ^_^ my preference tbh |

Phoeny a dit : You can use Rype's Overlay Tool or any other overlay tool. Just save a screenshot in Validate mode and load the image in the tool, then you can see what you're actually putting grounds on. |

Every time I try to export my map it brings me to a regular room but it doesn't give me my map code.. I waited all day to see if it loaded on CFM but it hasn't. Is there any reason why it would do that or is TFM just messing up? I've also checked if i reached my line limit on the editor but i havent, so I was just wondering if there's a good reason why this keeps happening or if it's happening to anyone else. :s |

It happens to me, and I'm sure it's not the editor's fault. it's just lag, you might have to wait for the code/ check cfm later. |

I've tried pressing I and dragging but the art doesn't move, am i doing something wrong? :s edit: derp, realised I and drag is not for image in the sense of art, but rather an actual image. So is it not possible for me to just move my art without moving each individual layer? D: |

Reshman a dit : Yeah, you're gonna have to do that manually. I always try to think ahead. There's another option where you link your art to a tfm ground and move that ground.. but that's hardcore stuff :p |

Map editor still isn't giving me a map code for my recent art maps and it hasn't showed up on CFM either ;..; |
