so, have map crew think about specifying the requirements in every Px topics,to reduce the amount of trash maps submitted,and improve the overall quality?As a result that less maps will be submitted to relieve the situation?

No matter what the criteria are, there will always be a huge amount of "trash maps" submitted.

I can see that the "periodically reviews" in EVERY P# are just "one review per month", a few months ago the reviews were at least once per week, but now not.
Maybe there're forgotten threads, or mapcrew have forgotten their job.
An example: The only one reviewing P10 and P11 is Killerlux (thanks!), but there're about 5 mapcrews in survivor.

When a mapcrew wants to review a P#, he/she'll have to review too many maps because there are not periodically reviews (such as P5-P4-P8-P9-P7)

If it was their "job", many of us are owed a lot of money.

There are fewer members, so reviews are less frequent. Why is this surprising? :P Map crew doesn't even need to have threads for you to be able to submit your maps to at any time. Way back when there was a single P2 submission thread that was opened for short periods of time. Consider the alternative before becoming impatient.

"Periodically" is a word that is purposely vague, meaning you shouldn't expect reviews to happen with any timeframe.

Can I ask why @2932572 was de-permed?

Gameplay was a bit poor and it's been around for a while.

Bolinboy (Rudepik/Travelingpik - whichever his account was then) has been known to review defilante maps too and I was under the impression that he still was part of the defilante crew, so not too sure why he isn't listed. Either way the defilante thread shouldn't require much time to review since the number of maps is usually few.

If you meant voting on defilante maps or whatever happens, then who knows; Diegots could be the only one but I doubt it.
