You can still do it. Br map makers have been organising a map making contest where the winners would be in charge of the next one and so on. Roflzor was the one taking care of everything, and since she pretty much quit the game, that contest died. You can try and gather a few mapmakers and do the same thing, but it won't have official prizes, and it might not be as popular as the official one is.
