Why can't players from Portugal talk in EN2?

Chat in EN2 is limited to players from English speaking countries, to avoid people spamming it.

I want to edit some pictures together so they dont take up as much space

You'd be better off using something like the GIMP for editing. It's free and easy to use.

You can't delete your maps. Try to edit it

You can always load the map in the map editor and then edit it to something you're comfortable with, ask a member of the Map Crew to delete your map, or because it's very unlikely to be played in public in the first place, just hide it from public view from the CFM Map Database

are avatars supposed to take a while to change ?

Clear your cache.

Anyone has Map Editor hotkeys? Especially for mac.
Ctrl Y and Z works
D works as well
But i can't get delete or select all ground works.
