No, there wouldn't be much point to utilize the form for ban appeals of the like as it wouldn't be very practical, considering you may not even get a response the first time around due to the immense amount of contacts they receive and have to go through daily. You should always head straight to the IRC channel (or simply PM a staff member on these forums) as outlined in the Ban/mute Appeals tab in the OP of this thread.
The way I see it is, if you still feel your ban was unjust and the Moderator who banned you doesn't see eye to eye, you can contact an Admin regarding your ban while mentioning you feel the Moderators' actions were unjustified. Also, you can use the Contact form for permanent bans, which are only handed out by Admins as far as I can remember (though you may be able to catch Zou on the IRC about it anyway :P).

Yeah I've done so :) It Just seems rather silly to have a system in place such as this that would take over the total length of time of the ban itself to resolve, sounds like Atelier ought to hire more staff for this sort of thing if that's the case!

The Contact form's sole purpose is not really for ban appeals though (and no one openly advises someone to use the contact form for ban appeals, they will always tell you to head over to the IRC channel, as you know, and Admins would probably prefer that), it is mostly used for various other issues such as problems regarding the purchase of fraises, forgotten passwords, e-mail changes as well as quite a few more areas. Rarely you would see someone using the Contact form for a 360 hour ban unless they have tried everything else to no avail and/or don't realize the more efficient methods of appealing their ban.

Yeah, Atelier801 has always been in need for some more Admins to help deal specifically with the Contact form but that requires investment on their part and I'm not really sure if they are able to pay an extra salary (though I've no information regarding their profiles levels and costs).

I was banned for having a picture of my chest which i have a right as a female to express my own body to have. Bear in mind i was fully clothed and had no nudity at all but some sexist mod decided that having a picture of my fully clothed chest with a little tag saying ~Sneaky was all too much. In my 3 odd years of playing this had never bothered anyone.

As I previously told you, you definitely may want to consider messaging one of us in private as:
- The community and probably most of the sentinels that frequent this thread have not even seen it.
- It is not appropriate to discuss mute or ban appeals in public.

There's a very detailed guide here that can teach you how to keep your account secure. Unfortunately I don't think that mods will unban for something that someone else did with your account as there isn't any way for you to prove it.

Hi..I recently posted something against regarding moderators. I'm sorry for that..here's my complain:
a guy named 'chribc' in Transformice was messing up with my friend. he is a hacker. but didnt get banned maybe coz no mods were online. he posted some vulgar post in 'cafe' about her. Look at this.. [Link removed by Sentinel] << kindly do something and delete that post. He should get banned not only for hacking but also for vulgar posts. Thank you in advance.

The opening post of this thread gives you multiple ways to contact moderators. This thread isn't the right place to report people.

They stated no mods were in game, and you can't use the /report function for the cafe.
That's why the cafe needs a report system that sends to mod reports. :/

I Agree with Haruhitastic.The cafe need to have /report function because players who talk inapropriate language on tfm will get the mute or ban if they do it so much.

but cafe must either be monitored pretty well or in game reports about cafe posts are checked up on quickly cos i got my mute meer minutes after breaking rules on the cafe
