The autojoining of chats is purely based on IP location. Although I don't know what service A801 uses for this, I've asked and they haven't changed anything about their IP location. So, the cause for your transition from Canada to USA either reflects a change made by you (unlikely given your post), your ISP or the IP location service.

As for sometimes joining and sometimes not joining, this is easier to answer. Automatically joining channels is disabled as soon as 200 players are in the chat. At this point you won't join automatically, but you can still join manually using the /chat command. This has been done to avoid overpopulated rooms. Consider, for example, every BR or every TR joining the same chat.

I hope I've given you some clues as to how it works.

Tigrounette's standalone uses Adobe AIR which doesn't give you the ability to change the graphics quality, however you can change the graphics quality in the browser version with right clicking and going to the Quality tab.

The API is down (again...) so we have to wait for Azrou to fix it.
/c Cfmbot updatecfm only updates tribe and soulmate, if I remember correctly.

This explained most of it, thanks. But I still can't figure out why tfm is the only website that thinks I'm from the US. According to Google and all these IP geolocation websites, I am definitely in Canada.

Hi, so I have a question regarding the staff. So today I couldn't log into my account but I could get on a guest, which is a common problem. Then I also couldn't log into this forum. I had some other question as well but I forgot it while waiting for my stupid account to work. So I asked a friend to see if there were any mods online, and as always there were not. I don't know how many times I've checked if there were mods online to help with a problem and there have been none. Like maybe if everyone is inactive then recruiting some more would be a helpful start? Obviously I'm not the only one who needs help in game and it's pretty freaking stressful when there is no staff online. Is there even a staff anymore? Maybe you should get some. So yeah my question is why the hell aren't new people being recruited if the old staff is never online?
