What is it like to be muted, as in can you type but not enter or can you just not type at all, and aslo do it tell you when you are not muted anymore?

You get a pink message saying you've been muted for x hours for y reason when you attempt to input anything into the chat. It does not inform you you're no longer muted.

when i was muted i found a workaround to still chat with people in my tribe if anyone mod type people would want to know about that?

This was a very recent change so if you weren't muted recently that's probably why.

Hello, I was banned from bouboom for loging in while using a VPN from Norvege (Reason = Hack), What should i do beside reporting in the Report page/Irc?
And if my bouboum account was banned, does that also apply for my transformice acount?

They don't normally ban for use of VPNs (unless ban-evading or abusing a glitch), so it's best to private message a mod on the forums to check if your account is actually banned, or if you connected to an IP address that was previously used by a hacker.

about mods?

remember while ingame, you can use /report to report a player who is misbehaving so that private mods can check it. also make use of /ban for a bad player.if they are chat offenses you can use /ignore, or change rooms/servers/chat tabs.

we should have more mods soon, in the meantime, sorry more aren't available to you. i'll speak w/ the team to see which names we can update as away or inactive.

So...it has been on my mind for quite a while. Why Players vs Staff is allowed? Is it because it's like a traditional game on forums (any)? Is it because it was made before the first rule came out? Would anything similar be allowed now? I'm neutral about the thread and I have nothing against it, it even gives me laughs sometimes. It just feels like a lil' mistery to me.


Anyways, if, somewhere in the future, the thread would become abused will it be shut down?

It's just a game, it's not a real war :-\ I've never seen fights on that topic.

Ofc, but I am talking here about the "Count to x" rule, which, in my opinon, the game falls more or less under it. And you can abuse it to get more posts on your profile.

It was actually made after the 'No count to X' rule. Although it is similar to counting games, the fact that players compete against staff adds an extra element of surprise and competitiveness.

We (EN sentinels) agreed to keep a close watch on the thread, and monitor for any abuse. We continue to do so, and may lock the thread if any abuse is discovered.

For technicality's sake you're not even counting to "x." If I recall correctly, when the forum game board came out on vBulletin, that rule was created to combat the "COUNT TO A MILLION LOLZ" threads.
