Left as is: @5029561 - Viniciusdara - I'm not exactly sure why you placed a border at only one part of the map, it just seems a bit random. Anyway, the Shaman placement isn't so well either, we want to position them in another place so that they can more easily have access to more of the area around them to be resourecful. Having this excessive use of clouds in Shaman maps isn't too wise either, especially with it all being in one concentrated area because it limits the Shamans ability to be creative greatly. If you can remove majority of the cloud and move the Shaman placement, I'm sure that this could be a decent map, given if you add more obstacles so that the map isn't too simplistic. @5084636 - Ioana113 - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH @5815136 - Sekui - This map is incredibly simple, however there is still a few things worth pointing out. The mech you implemented into the map is too vexing to have to handle, especially for newer P4 Shamans. Due to the placement, you also limited their space greatly when it comes to building towards the cheese. I only see a few possible ways to complete the map, however unfortunately all of them are more or less in the same fashion, just bridges and ramps. Please try and use a new concept or idea for your next map. @7110490 - Papelio - "Shamans must go through the same path, cloud ground doesn't seem to be useful at all and it could be easily replaced by a ground" -The Magic Kin @7107508 - Sladkoru - This map has a extreme concern when it comes to the lack of space it has, due to the lack of space, the Shaman can easily become flustered, since it gives a feeling of being 'crowded' and also limits their creativity or inspiration to build for the map. The path for the Shaman to take is also quite forced, making it so that there is no variety in any solution that they could take for the map, as it'll all be repetitive, even with the crevices you have implemented. @7098867 - Ldn - I'm not too fond of the mech that you have put into the map, as I find it more or less useless and only creates more work for the Shaman to have to handle, with all of the vertical grounds you have, it gives the atmosphere of having a forced path, even with all of this open space that you have. I understand that the Shaman can either choose to go above or under a ground, but this still results in the same fashion or type of build, this doesn't provoke the Shaman to be resourceful by any means, either. I advise you to remove the mech and perhaps other than the use of vertical grounds, you can implement other obstacles to use. @5001322 - Gobbek - If you truly want to keep the idea you had with clouds in another shape, you could at least make the space between the circles smaller, so it may hold a plank in a more stable manner. Despite this, the map is very simplistic and I only see the map being completed in ramps or bridges, which I'm sure you know by now, I despise for numerous reasons. Perhaps you can add more obstacles to the map in various places so that it gets rid of the chance to complete the map easily, but please keep in mind to not make it too overwhelming. @7107789 - Tohpy - Due to the design of the map, it can be completed easily by just a few ramps and a small bridge, this takes away any inspiration that the Shaman had in the first place and it fails to provoke them with any creativity for their builds, as well. The map has a atmosphere of being a forced path, as well which can result in (along with the aforementioned reasons) being very repetitive. @7110637 - Maxislow - Even with the excessive amount of crevices you implemented into the map, if the Shaman were to use them they would all result in the same type of build, which can be very repetitive and doesn't count on any creativity from the Shaman or for them to be resourceful, that being said the map itself is quite tedious with the amount of vertical grounds you have, which gives off the appeal of a forced path. This map would take a longer time than needed, with the Shaman have to do all of these twists and turns, it's also worth to mention that there's a concerning lack of space when it comes to building towards the hole. @6583571 - Pratton - The Shaman will hardly use the left side of the map whatsoever, and with the anti-cloud, it forces them to have to go around the grounds entirely. The variations you put into the map are limited, and very unbalanced, unfortunately. There's also a concern for the amount of space you have on the bottom, near the cheese. @7110060 - Anabooleta - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH @5511341 - Lucasrslv - I like the designs of the map, however the paths are a bit unbalanced, especially when looking at the bottom of the map. There's also a lot to have to build, which can put more pressure on the Shaman, making them overwhelmed. My advise to you would be to perhaps move the vertical ground near the hole, and lift up the center ground (all of it) up a tad, so that there's more space in the bottom. @5729072 - +Mistersacri - I don't see this map being any more than P1. @1121345 - Danielmago - The edits you implemented are appreciated, however there's a lot of space that isn't used in the map, which can be a blessing and a curse, I suppose, however it makes it feel as if something is missing from the map on the bottom right side, near the cheese. It only takes a massive 'v' build, or a few ramps. Due to the diagonal ground you have in the center of the map, it gives the appeal of being a forced path for the Shaman to take, which takes away any of their previous creativity. This is the only challenge I have found in this map, which makes the map lacking. Perhaps you could lift up the cheese (or lower the stand where the Shaman is), get rid or shrink the diagonal ground, move up the cheese and perhaps you can add some obstacles there? @7100726 - Zackybear - @6234697 - Framnm - There's already some maps in rotation with a concept or idea similar to this. There's some places in the map that I'd like to point out to you, that are tight on space or even cramped such as; the area near the cheese (this is due to the vertical ice grounds mirroring it) and if the Shaman were to take the path from the lower part of the map, they'd find it vexing with the amount of space they have. Anyhow, the paths you offered are quite unbalanced, as if they were to build from the top, all they'd need were two ramps or so. However, if they were to build from the bottom, they'd need to include a massive bridge and ramps as well, unless they have springs. @7019768 - Miirp - Due to the design of the map, it can be completed easily by just a few ramps and a small bridge, this takes away any inspiration that the Shaman had in the first place and it fails to provoke them with any creativity for their builds, as well. The map has a atmosphere of being a forced path, as well which can result in (along with the aforementioned reasons) being very repetitive. @7111802 - Nitenrock - Even with the excessive amount of crevices you implemented into the map, if the Shaman were to use them they would all result in the same type of build, which can be very repetitive and doesn't count on any creativity from the Shaman or for them to be resourceful, that being said the map itself is quite tedious with the amount of vertical grounds you have, which gives off the appeal of a forced path. This map would take a longer time than needed, with the Shaman have to do all of these twists and turns. @7111831 - Hyouraan - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH @7107459 - Verdolagas - See above @7112021 - Bielzinsqn - There's no challenge whatsoever implemented into this map, and with it being so simplistic, it's very unexciting and perhaps even monotonous to build for, there's nothing challenging to inspire the Shaman to be different or creative with their builds at all, I understand that you tried to add at least two ways to complete the map (going above or under the center ground) but this still results in the same type of build (a bridge). @7110181 - Makudomakudo - Due to the design of the map, it can be completed easily by just a few ramps and a small bridge, this takes away any inspiration that the Shaman had in the first place and it fails to provoke them with any creativity for their builds, as well. The map has a atmosphere of being a forced path, as well which can result in (along with the aforementioned reasons) being very repetitive. @7112373 - Gamog - While I haven't seen a map with this kind of design or idea before, it stands to reason that there's a significant concern for the space you offered the Shaman to have to deal with, especially when it comes to where they were spawned and the areas around the hole and cheese. Currently, the map would take longer than necessary to complete, due to tthe Shaman placement. Perhaps you could move where they spawn and give more space so that it's at least tolerable around the cheese and hole? @7112690 - +Telol - "The main solution will be a generic bridge in the lower part of the map, no matter which shaman mode is used nor the shaman level. They just can't be creative" -The Magic Kin @4998087 - Zombiewd - As stated before, I'm not too fond of the mech that was used in this map, I find it tedious and more or less useless, however seeing the ground inwhich the Shaman spawns, the mice can easily jump off and collect the cheese that way, however, unfortunately that makes it so that there's only a few ramps needed to complete the map afterwards, making (not the map, but the Shaman's way of completion itself) simplistic or without any challenge. Perhaps you could make it so that the mech collides with Shaman objects? @3465865 - Aksale - I don't see this map being any more than P1 @7112725 - Flepa - While it's a unique idea, the map only had about one solution to it, that's very simplistic and doesn't challenge the Shaman by any means. @7113208 - Flyingwr - I like the layout of the map, as it isn't something that I see everyday, especially for Shaman maps, however while there is a lot of ways to complete the map (which I do appreciate), however all of them are quite simple or easy to complete/build. That being said, there's also some space in the map that won't be used at all (the bottom right of the map). A few edits I'd suggest would be to perhaps add more obstacles or make better use of the space given to you, but please do not lose the aforementioned positives of the map. @6857969 - Fuzzyfirsdog - About the same as the review above, however there's a limited amount of ways to complete the map and it's incredibly difficult. P1 will be more than enough for the map. @7107577 - Yuugiooohhhh - P1 will be more than enough for this map. @7111177 - Eyux - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH @7114305 - Tarciomaneri - From the design of the map, there's not much going for it. There's no challenge, and therefore no way to provoke nor inspire the Shaman to be resourceful or creative in their solutions to complete the map. It's just a mere bridge and ramp, that's all it needed. Perhaps you can take better use of the space given to you and implement more obstacles into it to make a challenge. @7114307 - Poteerfotter - I understand that you added two distinct ways to complete the map, however one will be more commonly used than the other (the bottom path, which only required one long bridge and a ramp up to the hole). Other than this, even though you did have objects that don't collide with objects, it is still a forced path, since the Shaman nor mice can pass through it. Due to this, it's very incomplex and doesn't challenge the Shaman to be intentive. @7105757 - Grimmaro - This may be personal taste, but I don't really like having already-spawned in items, as it takes away the challenge from the Shaman. I understand if you were to remove these items, that the map itself may be too generic, and the Shaman could easily just put a bridge and a ramp to complete it, but we'll look past it. There's two distinct paths that you implemented, however one will be more commonly used than the other, simply because they aren't balanced (it takes less time to build to the cheese without lifting up the ramp, and instead using it for support). I do like the layout of the map, but if you could somehow make more challenges, without the Shaman having to go out of their way would be grand. @1234956 - Jotatavo - I don't see this map being more than P1. @7114453 - Tomaaasxddd - With the combination of the defilante death coins and the excessive use of clouds, this map is easily seen as overwhelming, especially for newer Shamans. It's easy to see which path will be more commonly used, simply because it's easier to go through, just the Shaman to fall to the bottom, and build a few ramps. To sum it up, this map is too overwhelming, especially for newer Shamans to handle, so I advise you remove all of the defilante death coins, and also majority of the clouds. @6868859 - Drescen - "The middle part of the map is okay but the borders need some edits" -The Magic Kin @7114434 - Noobsones - The only thing needed to complete the map would be a few ramps and a bridge, there isn't anything that provokes nor inspires the Shaman to be creative by any means, which is quite unfortunate, seeing how much you have implemented into the map, but alas, majority fo it will not be used, this is primarily due to the Shaman placement and how there seems to be a lack of obstacles, such as the cloud you put. These are typically fine challenges for the Shaman to overcome, but you only used one at the bottom, which the Shaman may as well use for support, rather than anything else. P1'ed: @1506747 - Garyarcanine - This map is incredibly easy, even with how well you used the space given to you wisely, due to the spawned in planks, the Shaman can easily just put a box or whatever item to move them aside, thus making a portion of the map useless. The paths are more or less unbalanced, as well. I understand that this wasn't your intent, but it's clear to me that there is one path that will be used majority of the time more than others. If you can used another concept or idea for the map, along with a challenge and continue to understand the space given to you, I'm sure that I'll be seeing a P4 map in the near future from you. Nonetheless, the map has cute simplicity and is enjoyable, P1 will do. @7114067 - Xaxadoooooo - The design is very nice for this map, and it's quite simplistic, however it is too difficult to build from the average Shaman, even in Divine mode can it cause vexation. Anyways, P1 will do. P4'ed: @7099096 - Pjfsamora - I adore the design in the map and how the gameplay can be played out, the variations you have are quite evenly distibuted which is always a plus. P4 will do. Ignored: None |
