Wow....this has been beyond frustrating.

At first, everything appears to be going smoothly. Then I realize I'm stuck at the screen telling you not to close it until you confirm. So, I closed everything out & tried again. I got the infamous "blank screen" issue that I had to figure out. (wait it out) so when I finally got it working again I went back into PayPal & everything once again appears to be working, but this time since I'm paying attention I notice there's no popup asking to confirm. I get the popup telling me to go back to Transformice, but when I do it's still stuck on the screen telling you payment is in progress, with no popup asking to confirm.

I figured maybe it was because I was on the standalone....so rinse & repeat with Google Chrome.


So, "try a different browser", right? Well, I like my browser, I don't even have another browser. So I did the "First time launch" on poor old Internet Explorer. Log onto Transformice and I don't have Adobe Flash. Bah, close Internet Explorer. I download firefox & go back to transformice. Same exact thing as Chrome. No confirmation popup.

Fire up Internet Explorer again, Install Flash Player, log onto Transformice. Same exact thing as the other two browsers: Paying with PayPal site, that goes fine, I get the first popup telling me to go back to transformice. When I go back to transformice(It's still open in another tab, so I'm just switching tabs) that shows the screen saying payment is in progress & not to close that window. I've tried 3 browsers now, I've tried waiting...eventually the window just closes itself. I've tried a different computer, same thing. I've been trying to give you money for over an hour now. So, I don't know what to do. Screw it. Fix your crap, man.

Not really asking for help, just letting you know something's broken. I've tried 2 different computers, 2 different ISPs, 3 different browsers, it will not give the confirmation popup. Yes, my flash player is up-to-date in all these instances.

I'm having the same problem too. ^^^ It's really annoying. Too bad we don't really get any help from admins or moderators on this thread anymore. :/

I have purchased them before so I know how but when I log in to paypal and click pay now it tells me to come back to confirm the payment as usual but the confirmation tab never pops up so I can never confirm the payment. Ive reset my computer several times and reloaded the page and everything and it still doesnt work.

This most likely is a problem on your side or (unlikely) on that of paypal. Perhaps try to use a different browser or (more drastic) a different computer to get it done. You should also check if you have any sort of popup blocking software that's causing the problem. If you choose to use a different computer make sure it is secure.

This wont help. Something is borked on TFM's side. Check Snowleo's post and my post. Same thing. I've personally used 3 different computers, 4 different browsers, and 3 different internet sources. It's not on our end.

I got through the entire process, but once I got to the page that said 'return to tranformice to confirm your purchase' there was no 'confirm purchase' button. So I thought that the purchase didn't go through so I tried several more times to purchase it, by pressing back on the 'return to tranformice to confirm your purchase' screen and clicking the 'pay' button. After trying 5 more time I decided to see if my prepaid card had the amount of money I had started with, but when I checked I was missing 6 dollars and it said that PayPal had charged me.
Any help on my predicament?
I attempted one more time, but still no luck. Also it was 6 separate charges of 1 USdollar

Please help! I've tried to get fraises 4 times! What I do, is I enter my Paypal information, (I still keep the TFM shop window open) and then I wait... And wait... And wait... For about 15 minutes, AND THE CONFIRMATION THING DOESN'T POP UP! I've tried this about 4 times! 2 with Paypal and 2 with my card! Dx

As to what Lemodile and Futtbuckher said, I'd have to go with Futt. This isn't something that we've done wrong or anything, we really believe this is a problem that is coming from TFM's side, not our own. You cannot tell every person that they need to switch browsers or update flash player when it's already up to date, there's only so much we can do on our side of this. And clearly, nothing is working whatsoever. So, it isn't our fault. Don't try to weave around that.

I paid 16 UAH for 93 strawberries, sent sms and took my money. But I have more than an hour does not come any code. Called to support, say anything I did not post. No money, no strawberries. What to do?

Thank you for the update. This confirms my suspicions (Although I had the wrong target. The giant mouse picture threw me off. The page that should be initiating the popup was still on Paypal.com so that makes sense that Paypal is the problem.)

So everything I did worked but when i got to the confirmation part it didnt show anything it was still the previous pop-up box that i opened before i did my payments and all that. It told me to go back to Transformice and confirm the payment but when i got there theres no confirmation page and im really worried because im using my mom's credit card and ive already told her about it and shes not worried bout it but i am so please help i really need a quick answer from Atelier or whoever works on Transformice. Thank you :l

I'm attempting to buy fraises and, when I click 'Buy' for PayPal, the TFM window goes blank with the 'Close' at the bottom and the PayPal window doesn't pop-up. My Pop-Up blocker has been turned off for TFM and I DID manage to get it to work once, but then confirmation never occurred.

And also please forward to us the email you've received upon being charged. Paypal ALWAYS send you a confirmation email and the information in it help us to find any issue.

As written right above your post, you have to contact me with the contact form and a copy of the email received by paypal. If you've received no email, you haven't been charged.

Double Post, sorry. The paypal pop-up not appearing issue should be fixed now.

I can confirm the popup issue is fixed. I just purchased some fraises.
