I have bought fraises, but it's been a few days. Is that normal? Will it come soon?

I too tried to buy some fraises multiple times today on different browsers with no adblock/popupblocking enabled. I got sent to paypal and filled everything out and then tabbed back to Transformice and there was never a confirmation window. Refreshing and trying again lead to the blank payment window in transformice where it should send me to paypal.

This is really discouraging. Considering the trouble I had in the past with buying fraises and the fact that it's still an ongoing problem I have very little faith that anyone is looking in to this issue. It's still happening and if my last experience is anything to go by then no one will respond to this thread, everyone will point me to use "contact us" and then my e-mail will sit there ignored or "lost" for multiple months until I eventually get tired of waiting and then have to go onto tumblr or some other social media and submit my problem there and hope that someone decides to answer it and actually do something about it this time.

This is unacceptable. This is basically telling players/customers that they're not valued and their money means nothing to the company they wanted to support. Why is this not a bigger issue? Why is this not being focused on and addressed? The only thing ignoring it does is leave a negative impression of Atelier 801. One that is certainly re-affirmed the longer this sort of thing goes on.

Hi, I was able to buy the fraises and go through the buying process but, when it said something like, "You must return to Transformice to Complete purchase. When I return to Transformice I get no fraises..... Please help me.

The admins know about this problem and are working on fixing it.

hey i just tried to bought fraises wiyth mobily i send it the messenge it gave me back the code i put it and i click ok and later it told me error -.-
i did it again and it said me again error-.-

it says my card number cant be used..... i used a pre paid visa card before on another account though.
