If your money has been taken and you didn't receive a code or the code you received does not work, you need to contact Allopass customer support services because this has nothing to do with Transformice anymore.

The customer support link is here - click the appropriate options and send them an email explaining your problem. This happened to me and in about a week they sent me a new code to use and that worked so be patient with the response email(s).

This response goes to everyone that has the "my money has been taken but no fraises" problem (using Allopass obviously), hope this helps.

Hiya,

I've been trying to buy some fraises through paypal. I'm not using a debit or credit card as I have plenty on my balance, however, every time I try to buy the confirmation page never shows up on Transformice. It's been stuck at "Payment in progress" for over 15min several times today. :|

Any idea what may be at fault?

The issue isn't fixed for me... By the looks of it the problem came back! ;; The popup keeps becoming blank and everytime I do get to do a payment the popup keeps just saying "Payment in process"

when i click on the amount it says no text or anything, it's just blank. nothing pops up, either.

okay, now i have something else going on. i clicked pay now and the return to transformice page appeared. the window in the shop hasn't changed, it's still payment in progress. it's been doing it for about 10 minutes.

I went through the whole process but, when it tells me to go back to tfm: http://prntscr.com/54fs5g theres nothing there: http://prntscr.com/54fsxf and when I close that page... I check the shop and I didn't get any of my fraises. What did I do wrong?

Had this issue tonight.

On Native Client (standalone) the transaction never processes (confirming the purchase) So you can't buy.

On Web Client (Browser) the transaction never even starts, you just get a blank box when you click the button.

I suppose Atelier801 lost my impulse buy this evening as I changed my mind while waiting for the broken window. Hope this is fixed soon!

So I just recently purchased a payment for Fraises threw PayPal. I assume the payment went threw because afterwards it stated "You must now return on Transformice to confirm your payment. You will be charged only after the confirmation." But when I go back to transformice its been/almost an hour now waiting to confirm my purchase. Why is the window still showing payment in progress? and not letting me confirm my purchase?

This is the same problem I had. it likely isn't going to work for you unfortunetely. Who knows when it'll be fixed but Atelier 801 certainly isn't getting many sales like this

I want to buy fraises, so I turned on pop ups and then I tried to buy the 10 dollar amount of fraises. I put in my paypal information and did all of that. Then when I went back to my transformice window nothing came up to accept the payment. So I went to internet explorer and did the same thing, but a error message popped up. Please help I really want to buy fraises!

I have the same problem as goldenelixir. I waited for about 5 minutes and nothing popped up. When I try it again now, I click on a paypal payment method and get an empty blue window, nothing more.

Anyone who posted about paypal issues before November 16, please try again. Apparently there have been some attempts to fix the problems with paypal validation last week. Let us know if your problems persist.

To make these reports more useful to the admins, I will be adding a format in which you can report the problems you're encountering. We're hoping that this information gives us better insight in the problems people have, since some of these cases appear to be rather specific. We'd like you to answer the following questions when you report a problem:

  • What payment method did you use? (Paypal / Allopass)
  • How do you access Transformice? (Web browser / Official Standalone / Non official standalone)
  • Which web browser do you use? (Chrome / Internet Explorer / Firefox / Safari / Opera / Other)
  • Which operating system does your computer run? (Windows / Mac / Linux) Please also specify which version (e.g. Windows 8.1 64 bit)
  • Which flash player version do you have installed? You can check this on the adobe website
  • Please also describe the problem as detailed as possible, like you always have.


We may change this little questionnaire at a later time.
