General vulgarity: While saying bad words from time to time isn't against the rules, if you do so excessively or use really offensive terms it could result in a mute or even a ban.

Just because it is 13+ and you can swear doesn't mean you should, cussing around younger children can in turn make them start using such words which is not good.

No, the point is that it's 13+ and if you're below that age without parent consent then it is no one's fault but their own. Most of the damn time it's actually kids who are the culprits of excessive swearing. 50% of the people yelling that they "FUCKING DIED" because they lack the common sense of knowing how to play the game are more than likely kids.
