I purchased fraises, and it said to go on transformice to confirm the payment. I logged in, but no fraises are there. What do I do? I don't want to waste my money. I don't want to try to purchase again until this is answered, because I have been double-charged by some websites before.

Nothing pops up. I don't have pop ups blocked and I tried on a different browser. I also tried clearing my cache. I tried restarting the game many times (Web browser). The first time I clicked, the window popped up, but I accidentally closed it so I went to click again and nothing popped up that time. Help! :(

My friend bought me fraises via link(payment link) not account. The first time she payed, it said "Confirm Payment" of 1100 fraises with the mouse holding a strawberry. I clicked on it and a few seconds later it said there was a transaction error. My friend tried this again literally 5 times, and no success.
