Try clearing your browser cache. Do you know how to do that? If not, which internet browser are you using? (like Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)

Steam wallet is where you can upload money from a physical card, debit/credit or a wallet code, but once you have money within your wallet you can purchase games or make game purchases through it. Keep in mind this only works if you have Steam downloaded + an account with steam - such as in Transformice you can make fraise purchases through your steam wallet (can only be done on the steam game interface), but if you don't have money in your wallet steam will ask you to put money in it through a credit/debit card, but then you can make the transaction through steam for your fraises. Does that make sense? Hope so!

*Just checked, it's fixed. Might be because that was my second day in the tribe and the forum permissions system is messing up.*

They usually show up randomly, as they're currently being tested in most countries

You will receive the ban only if you log back onto the account with the inappropriate username. If you use any other (normal) username you'll be fine.

However, from all the reports that I've been seeing recently, it seems that it's been disabled for the time being.
