Do mute hours get piled up and result in permanent ban once a quantity is reached? And are new mute hours always longer than the previous one?

No I dont think so. I believe you don't get permanently muted until you've been muted a lot of times (which may depend on the severity of said mutes) and that's up to the discretion of the sentinel's. Mute hours will depend on why you've been muted and will be case by case (pretty suuree..)

But take this as a grain of salt since I don't know what exactly goes on BTS

It really depends on the severity of the spam. If it's not that much, then it'll usually only be a warning or a small mute. If it's a lot (which is then considered flood), it'll be higher.

What do you consider "not much" and "flood" ? just currious ;-; and picture replies aren't considered spam - correct?

Message a sentinel and ask them to change the title to include [Requests]

You're also free to report your own thread, or a post in it, explaining what you'd like to be done with the title. Every sentinel will be able to see that then.

Not always - if a sentinel is also a moderator they'll have a yellow name.

Go to your profile. Click on your name. Select Change avatar. Upload your new avatar.

It may just be you're becoming shaman on maps that don't allow you to spawn more than the set items (like the maps with 3 options). Also, make sure that you are looking for them in the shaman tools when you're shaman (the area bottom right corner).
