Same problem I have. I send the SMS to the number to buy fraises but the message doesn't go. It says failed to send the message. And I don't get the code. I have enough money to buy them but the SMS doesn't go. And they don't take cash. I still have the money I had. Please solve the problems soon cause I want to buy fraises very much.

@Meliviola: Zong is no longer used for buying Fraises, so it's normal that it doesn't show up for you. Additionally, Allopass doesn't have any service in your country. Your only option for buying fraises currently is through paypal.

For the people whose messages don't get sent, I will inform the admins of this. They return to office this monday. I can already tell you that they are unable to resolve this issue since they do not own Allopass (and clearly this is a problem with Allopass, not TFM).

Um, hi. Me and my father have been trying to buy fraises (PayPal, 500 Fraises) for the past few days now. His information is correct, but unfortunately, we submit and it says "Error Number Eight"

I understand your frustration. If you did in fact lose money, I urge you to fill out Transformice's contact form. Pick as category "Payment problem". You can find some tips on what to write here. If everything goes right you should get a full refund.

Hi! Although Error 8 unfortunately isn't a very specific problem (it basically means "payment failed"), typically this error occurs when Paypal or Allopass tells us there was an error with the payment or the user cancelled the payment. This may very well be a temporary problem, so please try again sometime soon and see if it still happens.

I think this maybe may be the cause of intertnet explorer. Because its a crappy browser and such. I think you should change browsers.
