• Which flash player version do you have installed? You can check this on the adobe website

Also make sure that your browser and operating system are up to date.

I'm asking for more information because whatever the problem is, it seems to only affect a handful of people.

As expected, the Allopass numbers being impossible to reach from some countries is a problem with Allopass. Atelier 801 has no influence on this and has to wait for a solution just like you do. You may still be able to pay using paypal, or if you wait for the steam release, through the steam wallet.

Been trying to buy frasies last night and this morning. Everything goes through until it goes back to TFM - I then click the confirm button and it just stays on Payment validation in progress.... please wait.
I've waited and nothing happens. I don't believe I have been charged, well I hope not as I've tried multiple times and received no frasies.
Haven't had problems before.

^Given the fact there's two of you in a short time with the same issue, it's unlikely to be on your side of things. I'll ask around and see if we can find a cause. If somehow it starts working, please post back here as well.

Why is that? (Also, yes the mouse hugging the fraises thing did pop up, and I clicked confirm. But then, that showed up and I waited for a long time.)

All I know at this point is that some payment server died. The quote below comes from Meli's Tumblr and was about the Steam release. As such I'm not entirely sure this is part of the same problem. What I do know is that the issues are likely to stay over the weekend.

Edit: Apparently at 10:30am GMT+1 (about 2 hours and 15 minutes before I posted this) the server was restarted to fix some issues with Fraises. I don't know the specifics, but it may be worth trying again if you haven't tried after this time.

The only list I currently use to check whether a country supports mobile payments is on this page on Allopass' website. Jordan is listed there as to support premium text messages only. I've asked Zou to see if there's any reason why this hasn't worked for the past two months.

Out of curiosity, is it not possible to use Steam or Paypal instead?

Edit: Zou mentioned that they're going to contact Allopass regarding this and others issues.

IM ON STEAM, CLICK buy fraises, the steam thing will all the prices for the amount of fraises shows up. I click on the 0.99 option for 100 fraises. And the thing closes and NOTHING HAPPENS AT ALL. I just want to spend the rest of my steam wallet on the fraises and I CANT???

Have you tried disabling popup blocking? Clicking one of the Fraise options should get you a pop up in your web browser, leading to the Steam site. The other options would also give you an URL in game which you could copy, unfortunately this is not available for Steam payments at the moment.
