you're gonna have to create another rank and put it below yours, then give it all the rights you could.
you cannot rank others up to your rank.

But, I remember, there is a tribe with two leaders.

That can be tribes created in 2010, created with two leaders. For example The diamond micehood has two leaders. But if you create a tribe now you wont be able to.

Why is it different?

Maybe because they've "fixed" it so we can no longer have two leaders? If you want an answer why they we cant have two leaders, I don't know.

more specifically the bootcamp newly added maps in rotation

Since CFM is gone and Micetigri's database is not being updated, I suppose there is no reliable way to know which maps are currently in rotation.

The provider Atelier 801 is using to provide these videos doesn't cover everywhere, so I believe most people don't see them. I believe Atelier is looking into other services to help get this more widespread.

I've always thought that the Help with Costumes thread was only for requests on outfits, but the title name makes me slightly confused anyway.

Yes, you're free to do that. It all depends on the content of your thread, imo. If its well organized and neatly presented, I for sure wouldn't lock it.

On the other hand, if its just addressing a basic few tips, I'd stick to posting it in the Help with costumes thread or asking the Op to add your tips in there, since it doesn't have any guidelines as such. :)

the most you could do is report them for vague/inaccurate information
