It might be because of your Proxy. The game needs to recognize your country in order to show you the appropriate currency.

Here's my problem, one time I decided I would like to buy fraises, so I went to that Buy Fraises thing in the shop. Well, of course I had to enter my email, so I did. When I checked my email to see if I got the code, and I never did. I waited hours and days but no code ever came.
I did keep trying but I never got the code...

As Lemodile just said it, the code can end up in your spam box.

Edit #2: Even tho i downloaded the game from an early tfm beta code in another country, my steam wallet has : $1.05, and the currency shown on the table prices are also in dollars.

There's many people want to buy fraises with SMS from Jordan, but they can't post here cause they don't speak English.

Heyo, I'm currently encountering issues trying to purchase fraises using my steam account. I can get past the first 2 steps perfectly fine (selecting to buy fraises and the amount I'd like to purchase), however, the website to complete the payment never pops up. I'd assume it has to do with the current issues the servers are experiencing but I'd appreciate some feedback.

You can try disabling your proxy settings and connecting directly, see if that works. If that for some reason is not an option, I'm afraid you will have to use some other internet connection to make the purchase.

Start by saying that I speak English badly. I contacted the admins days ago, but no answer back. I bought via SMS 578 Fraises per 5 EURO, after I compiled all the things I received this error: http://imgur.com/PQXNwtg. I have other pictures, but I do not trust to show it to the public... I mailed it to the admins. Any admin or moderator help me! (I'm from italy, so I can buy from allopass.com).

I already sent an email to the recommended link about 2 days ago, but I'll post it here too since I haven't gotten any feedback on it yet:

I spent 150 fraises for the custom color on the long alligator panel, but the customization unlock was never received due to a disconnect. It took the 150 fraises without giving customization. This occurred via Steam if that helps any. Steam account is Tacet_ and username is Taciturnitys.

This was done with a 1,100 fraise purchase that was used for pokeball (50), alligator plank (100), trampoline (10), skull head customization (20), medical mask customization (20), gear balloon (100), and black fur color (150). This 450 total should have brought me down to 650, but I am currently at 500 without the alligator plank customization.

Great game btw. Thanks for releasing on Steam.

When opening the Shop from ingame, there is a button to buy Fraises to purchase cosmetics with. However, when clicking that button, nothing happens. Yesterday it all brought me to the prices sheet that indicates how much steam funds will give how many fraises, but since today that screen doesn't appear anymore
