Many staff have been fired but they don't usually say who. Some rules broken may be banning random people and/or abusing powers such as funcorp to bully people

As far as I know, yes. Irrespective of shaman mode and within the time limit i.e.
Also, I don't think you're allowed to rotate items while it is active. :)

There's an ongoing discussion about certain users not being able to watch youtube videos on a thread here. That might be why the video isn't able to come up on their screen. Also, you can leave the room and re-enter to get rid of the screen.

I think that popularity is subjective to point of view and there is no official statistic for popularity in these communities.

I don't think it applies to master summoner, not sure about stern mouse, however, it does apply to springs, apples and several other skills. It works well with eagle eye, reflex, chief's food (if you're on divine mode), easy victory and teleport (not sure about the personal one).
