I bought fraises via my phone, the price table said it was gonna give me 135 fraises but i only received 130 afterwards, i just wanted to report this... and if possible get my 5 fraises, but that's not needed...

So I just tyred to buy Fraises using my card and it said i had to go back to transformice to confirm. but nothing happened. I went back and clicked the store and buy fraises but when i click on the buy 500 with $5 this blank blue pop where the link is suppose to be pops up and nothing is on it. Any clue how i can buy my fraises? I tryed using google chrome, inertnet exployer and fire fox. nothing happens. Even my steam app doesn't work. Also was my card charged? I did not receive any fraises.

You should contact the admins about this through the [url=www.transformice.com/contact]contact form[/url]. Also read this thread to ensure you fill it out correctly (pick a category: payment problem).

It seems there were server issues during the time you were trying to make your purchase. It may be worth trying again at a later time. I cannot see if you have been charged or not, you will have to check that yourself. If you have been charged without receiving fraises, use the contact form just like I described above.

I've got my fraises, but I want to buy a gift for a friend's birthday. I get the prompt that I'll be sent an email with a confirmation code to make the purchase, but I'm not getting the email and code.Not sure what to do at this point. I'm running a Mac on Mavericks system, Safari (latest version), and I'm playing through Steam.

Have you checked your spam box? TFM's mails tend to go there :(

How do you access Transformice? I used web browser for a change.
Which web browser do you use? Firefox
Which operating system does your computer run? How the hell does this matter? But im on XP.
Which flash player version do you have installed? Not even going to bother. If you cant figure this simple shit out I won't bother.

Thanks a bunch! You guys do so well at ruining a fun game. If I lose my $10 then I may get my brother laywer to figure it out for you.

As soon as you confirm your payment you should receive Fraises. If money has been withdrawn from your account and you did not receive fraises, please fill out the contact form, category payment problem. For help with this, see this thread.

If you didn't lose money, I guess you will have to try again at a later time. If it doesn't work for several times, try filling out the questions at the first post so we can troubleshoot.

You may edit your post by clicking your name next to your post and choosing "edit".

To clarify, we ask for your flash version because moderators cannot see this kind of information. Only admins can, and they are generally not the first to respond here. As such it's a lot faster to simply ask users to provide this information.

If money has indeed been withdrawn without you receiving fraises, you are eligible to a full refund. To get this, you simply need to fill out the contact form (category: payment problem). For additional instructions on what information to include, see this thread.

Fraises Gifting Bug
I was trying to gift someone an item in the shop using fraises, and I clicked on the an item I didn't want. When I cancelled out of the screen it took my fraises. I went under contact to report the issue. The email I received was a validate your email. I did the steps require but I am still without the fraises I originally had. I would really like a refund of my fraises. So if anyone on the transformice team can help me out I would really appreciate it! This is my first issue that I have come across in game and I don't know if others have come across this issue.

You can also contact the admins through http://www.transformice.com/contact. That way you do not need to fulfill email verification steps (but providing a valid email is still required). As category, select "payment problem". Additional tips on filling out the contact form can be found here.

I have no news for players from Jordan, sorry. As far as I know it's still being worked on, but I have no insight into day to day business on Atelier 801's side. I can only ask you to remain patient.
