That is not true, but presidents don't get much. As said by Blindnesses, they get to host polls in-game. Also, the fashion squad doesn't make furs but they make the outfits displayed in shop.

This happens because her IP doesn't belong to the community she's playing on.

Only players from countries which primarily speak English + have an English IP (United States, United Kingdom, etc.) are allowed to speak on E2. It was put in place as there were issues in the past with players speaking the wrong language on the server they were currently playing on.
The best way to resolve this would be to play in EN, where there is no filter in place.

I'm trying to help my friend to play on Baffler's Transformice Standalone, but somehow hers is a little bit different even though she downloaded from the same link that I've downloaded.

Hers doesn't have the "Play" button:

Try getting them to click on the three bars in the top left corner, which should bring up the screen with the "play" button. If that doesn't work, they can always right-click on the top of the window, click New Tab and then Transformice, which will open a Transformice tab.

is there a way to tell when an event map is coming? ive seen people predict it before it happens and it was right every time, and they say there's a way of knowing when an event map will happen in a room

they check other rooms/ their friends tell them the event is in there room vice versa, since events starts as the same time for all rooms, but it's delayed by 10-20 seconds depending on the time left on the current map
