basically my visa gift card isn't compatible with the account transaction thing you use?? ive done it before with the same visa gift card and it worked fine but?? does anyone know whats going on now?

I bought 1100 frasies and i didnt get them!

I tried to pay for fraises and when I clicked "submit payment" It said something along the lines of, 'This card cannot be used for this payment', something like that. And my friend is having the same problem. If you could message me ASAP on how I could pay for my fraises that'd be great thanks.

Ok so I'm from Croatia and I have one available option (77 fraises 6.2hrk) today I bought it multiple times, I got fraises and everything.
But I went to buy plank customization option for 150 fraises (plank with wings) and I clicked it and nothing happened didn't load or anything and I got message "The connection to the server has been interrupted :'(" , tried to relog and It was the same couple times (probably something happening with the game) and when I finally managed to log in I saw I was missing 150 fraises and I didn't get my plank customization option. Is there any way someone can help me?

i bought two strawberries packs for 4.99 the one were you get 591 fraises and i paid but i never got the fraises.
it was with the calling payment.
it showed me error #4.
I want my fraises or I will sue the game.

Please check if any money was taken from your or your mom's account. If this is the case you should immediately head over to the contact form (here are some tips on filling it out) and request a refund.

I don't know much about visa cards (barely anyone uses them where I live). Do you get some sort of error? If yes, could you copy it so I can refer it to the admins?

Error #8 is a very general way for the game to say the payment failed. It basically means the transaction or connection was interrupted or timed out. This means it can be a temporary problem.

Did you get this error on Transformice or on the website where you make the payment (so Paypal / Steam etc.)? I guess the most direct way of solving your issue would be to use a different card or payment method.

This happens sometimes (though it's rare). You can go to the contact form, category Payment problem (tips on filling out the form can be found here). As community choose EN (this is checked more frequently). Describe your problem and provide any payment history you may have. I'm very confident you will be compensated.

I use to buy fraises thru phone with Saudi Riyal, but then last week, it was already in Euro. And whenever I log in, the chat already joins in the channel of Romania instead of Saudi Arabia.

That's because you're logged in on a Romanian IP. If you do not actually live in Romania, maybe you're using a proxy or VPN. If this is not the case, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Once your IP is from Saudi Arabia, the game will return to normal for you.

If you have some sort of payment history that indicates money has been taken from you, you can use the contact form, category Payment Problem. Some tips on properly filling it out can be found here. You should be able to get a refund, I doubt admins will hand out fraises based on this as these prices can vary over time.

Each time I try to buy fraises it keeps saying 'transaction error' or something of the sort. It only happens after I confirm my payment, my mom even called and there's $25 on it, and I tried buying both the $5 and $20 options yet each time it says the exact thing. I don't know if it's down or something because I don't buy fraises often.
