I just paid $5 for fraises and it went through but I didn't get my fraises!

me and my uncle tried to buy frazzies with my uncles credit card but it says "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." then we tried another card and it said the same thing :( please fix this transformice is a realy fun game and if im willing to dish out 10 bucks for it i would like to be able to purchase the extra stuff.

why buy? i mean, you should just get cheese.type /facebook for 20 free cheese.

I keep getting "error #8" when I try to purchase fraises, I was able to purchase them the first time I tried and now each time after that I keep getting a message saying "please go to www.paypal.com and confirm this card before you make this purchase" and the card is definitely confirmed on my account.

Now I keep getting the following error: The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.
Help?

I have yet to get help or something. I've tried buying with a Debit Card and now Prepaid Visa card and yet nothing has changed. Keep getting "The card you entered cannont be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." what else am I suppose to do? I've tried every browser out there and nothing is different. :/

The same thing happened to me, and I reported it. I never got a response though, and I sent it over a week ago - I sent two and never got a response. Now if I could get my fraises or money back that would be nice.

Yeah I've tried contacting them too but not getting any help in return. Personally I'm getting fed up with waiting and trying every week to get the same result.

Hmm, Why not have fraises for free like in the old tfm, We were collection eggs-easter eggs but now it stopped, So why not do the same with the fraises? It would be better Right? I wish it was like that.

Hey my mom both me 1100 fraises and we clicked the confirm I waited for a while and checked my account..
my account was on trougth the hole payment until the end.I have one question do you take asian credit cards my mom said sometimes you dont take Please O.O My mom will call the bank and get information why the payment didnt complete and why I didn't get my fraises plua my mom the pament method wasdone online on a computer my mom used pay pal and I am sorry if I kept mixieng everything up O.O :D Thanks if you can help :)
