  • Which operating system does your computer run? (Windows / Mac / Linux) Please also specify which version (e.g. Windows 8.1 64 bit)
  • Which flash player version do you have installed? You can check this on the adobe website
  • Please also describe the problem as detailed as possible.

Paypal, I've tried using Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome, I usually use Firefox, Dell, It says I have the 17,0,0,169 version, Adobe Flash Player, each time I try to buy fraises I submit the right information and when I confirm my payment on the tfm screen it loads for about two seconds then says "Transaction error, please try again later." And I waited and tried again today yet nothing happened

I bought fraises with my mobile phone, i got transaction error but then i got the sms with the completed payment and 5 euros less but no fraises :-\

Thanks for the info. Is there any chance you will be able to try again on a different computer and -separately- on a different connection? I realize it's frustrating, but it would help a lot with figuring out what's causing this.

Sorry to hear that. You should definitely fill out the contact form and provide all the payment info (including the sms). I expect you will get your money back.

The only other laptop here besides this is like 7 years old and tfm hardly works on it

You mean a different internet connection? I could as my neighbor's but they're always out and there's a password on their internet

Edit: The problem is solved now, I downloaded steam and it's working now, ty for your time and help ^^

There can be several causes for this. Be sure to check that your phone has a good connection (check if you can send messages to other numbers) and check if it has enough credit to send messages if you're using a prepaid subscription. It's possible that the number is temporarily down. Try again later.

Purchasing fraises through Steam requires you to use the Steam standalone. You can find Transformice's Steam page here. After making your purchase you can go back to your normal standalone if you prefer so.

I replied to you in a private message as you also saw fit to contact me directly. However, for future reference, I'll restate what I told you. Bear in mind that moderating is voluntary work and as such we are not around 24/7. As such, patience is key when trying to resolve these matters.

If you have lost money, without receiving Fraises, you can get a refund through the Contact Form. Please read this thread for some pointers on how to fill out the form. By providing all the necessary information at once, you will only need to send one message, which saves you a lot of time as it can take up to two weeks to get a reply from the Admins when using the Contact Form.

You can find the contact form at http://www.transformice.com/contact. Pick "Payment problem" as category and EN as community.
