I'm trying to buy fraises on Steam. It usually works for me but now whenever I click the amount I want to buy, nothing happens. It doesn't open up the authorization page on Steam like it usually does.

We've had several reports of problems with Steam purchases today. It's most likely not on your end. Please try again tomorrow!

ive waited a month but no code

I have bought fraises through SMS message. I recived them, I've bought a new colour for my mice and then..."You have been banned for 200 hours for the following reason (hack)"
Is that normal, than you offer a proposals, after their purchase you'll be banned?!

You should get a code almost instantly. Waiting for a month is pointless, if you haven't received a code within an hour something went wrong. Please fill out the questions near the end of the first post so we get a better idea of your situation.

Hi I'm playing every day on Steam transformers, and gave the shop to buy on the Application of steam rolled good to me apaurt the Opera browser window, I sent sms and I put the code there ... nothing to me I do not give a ... erroare is 2 euros ... but to solve these bugs

How can I fix this?

I'm not sure what you are trying to say exactly, but if you lost money without receiving fraises, please fill out the contact form, category "Payment problem". Read this thread (English) or this thread (Romanian) for help with the contact form.

I'm not sure it's on your end, we've been getting a lot of people with issues with Steam payments lately. It may be worthwhile to just try again another day, unless you've been doing that already.

For the sake of having complete information, can you answer these questions?

• Which web browser do you use? (Chrome / Internet Explorer / Firefox / Safari / Opera / Other)
• Which operating system does your computer run? (Windows / Mac / Linux) Please also specify which version (e.g. Windows 8.1 64 bit)
• Which flash player version do you have installed? You can check this on the adobe website
  

Okay so I used Allopass I use the website/official standalone , Chrome and windows 7.I checked and it says you can buy fraises from Ireland on the website you told me to go to. So basicially i get to choose which method so I choose the mobile method and instead of asking me for the number it tells me to write some kind of a message I really don't understand how that works can you help?

I use firefox, my computer runs Windows, I'm not to sure about the version but it just says Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit, and I have the version 17,0,0,188 installed.

Since Allopass offers a wide variety of payment methods that are different per country (see payment guide) I'm not sure what your instructions look like precisely. I assume you have to sms-text some code to a phone number operated by Allopass. By doing so your phone will be charged the amount of money you selected beforehand and you should get a code in return, which you can use in Transformice to get your Fraises. Personally I have never really used mobile payments since I find Steam to be much more convenient, so I can't guarantee you that this description is 100% accurate.

That should be all good. Your best bet is to try again at a later time.

You can post pictures by uploading them (for example to imgur.com) and putting the direct link (so ending with .jpg or .png) in between [.img] and [./img] (without dots). If these pictures contain personal information of any kind, please don't reply here but send me a private message instead.

It's possible that somehow a popup gets blocked. Usually when TFM gives you an error, no money is taken. Of course it makes common sense to double check this with your accounts anyway. If you did lose money without receiving fraises, you're entitled to a refund through the contact form.

Any suggestions? I have an extreme disdain for Firefox, but I'm willing to try it for troubleshooting purposes.

This most likely was related to you hitting cancel. Thanks for editing your post after your issue was resolved and glad to hear you've been able to make your purchase.

This seems to be a regional problem that's on Allopass' end. Before we've had a lot of people from Jordan complaining about their messages not being sent, perhaps this is an issue for a larger part of the continent. Have you been able to buy Fraises using mobile before encountering this issue?
