Yes bought a lot
But after this update I cant.

I live in UAE , and I was able to buy fraises like a lot. But after this update I couldn't buy anymore

PT:UAE is a shortcut for United Arab Emarits.

I'm 100% sure it's not related to a Transformice update, the phone number you are trying to text is operated by Allopass, not Atelier 801. If you were able to buy Fraises before, hopefully it's a temporary problem and it will work later.

It depends per issue, I can't really give you any ETA on this. Allopass is very hard to reach about these topics, and as a volunteer I cannot reach out to them about this, has to be done by the admins.

E: I disabled Adblock and tried Internet explorer for this also, it still says the same thing. I've tried several times and it's still going on and on. Maybe it has something to do with my card?

As for your issue, besides adblock it's also possible that the browser itself blocks popups. I doubt at this point that your card is to blame, I'm more leaning towards either an issue with your computer or the network you're using; it may be worthwhile to try on a different machine and (separately, when troubleshooting always change one variable at a time) network.

Well, I tried another computer and network yesterday and I was still having trouble. And just so you know, this card has never worked for me, so it probably has to be my card. But I'll try another card to see if it works, thanks though.

I tried to buy fraises by Steam Wallet, but when I clicked the option there's no pop-up. =/ 2 weeks ago I tried to buy fraises from Steam Wallet, I didn't have enough Steam Wallet on that time but there's a pop-up, now when I had more enough Steam Wallet it wont popped up!

This is often a temporary problem, how long have you been trying to make your purchase (since topping up your steam wallet) ?

Though I can't tell from your description, did you leave the TFM dialog box open when you were redirected to Paypal's environment? Closing that dialog effectively cancels your purchase. If you left it open, returning to TFM should give you a confirmation screen of sorts.

Apologies for the late reply, it seems that I'm the only one actively checking this thread and as it happens I'm currently preoccupied. Keep in mind that you can always directly contact the admins through the contact form though.

If you lost money without receiving Fraises you are entitled to a refund. You can use the contact form (linked above) to contact the admins about this. See this thread for additional help with filling out the form.
