No idea! There are several possible explanations. Keep in mind that Indonesia is very large and fragmented; it's possible that only some regions are covered. For more information about coverage you should probably contact Allopass, it's not something Atelier 801 controls. Clearly you're able to use Paypal though, so for the time being I suggest you use that instead.

That depends on the payment method you use (not every method handles amounts of $20 or more). Paypal should work fine, though.

Fraises button is bugged for non-Steam users

Before anyone asks/complains, there appear to be some issues accessing the "Buy Fraises" dialog on the non-Steam versions of Transformice. If you must buy Fraises right now (9PM France time), please use the Steam Standalone.

I will assume for now that this will be fixed very soon.

There are several people with issues with Steam currently. Generally these are temporary problems and since the server just restarted it may be worthwhile to try again!

so the problem im having is that when i buy the friases (using a debit card) it says that the debit number you entered is incorrect. i did it like 5 times and it still doesn't work i used 2 debit cards and it didnt work either.. help?

Transformice has no interface that allows you to enter such details, meaning that your problem is most likely with whichever service you're trying to buy Fraises through. Please answer the following questions so I have a better idea what's going on:

What payment method did you use? (Paypal / Allopass / Steam)
How do you access Transformice? (Web browser / Official Standalone / Steam Standalone / Non official standalone)
Which web browser do you use? (Chrome / Internet Explorer / Firefox / Safari / Opera / Other)
Which operating system does your computer run? (Windows / Mac / Linux) Please also specify which version (e.g. Windows 8.1 64 bit)
Which flash player version do you have installed? You can check this on the adobe website
Please also describe the problem as detailed as possible.

In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive fraises. But if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. We have a thread with tips for filling out the contact form here.

what if i paid for the fraises with my paypal account and i got a message saying please confirm your purchase in transformice but when i got on it wouldn't let me confirm it or anything and it wasnt on the email i used to pay for the fraises with any idea what to do?
if you do please tell me and does it take you money even when you dont confirm it?

If you do not confirm your purchase / were not able to confirm it, you will not be charged for your purchase.

I just bought 1100 fraises, the 10 dollar amount, and I am trying to gift a friend of mine the skeleton fur. But, it keeps asking me to give a code, and the code it gives me is invalid. I don't know what to do to fix it? It is mainly the reason I bought them in the first place.
