Have you attempted recently, and which e-mail client are you using (Gmail/Hotmail)? If you're using Gmail, remember that e-mails stack and you may possibly be using an old code.

As for your issue, Haru's tips are definitely worth checking for. Also bear in mind that if you've made several attempts your mail client may have flagged TFM's messages as spam. Be sure you check your spam inbox.

lol the email client im using is xfinity? idk, it has an email option and my mom has one and thats the one its sending the code to. i didn't see any new emails when i just checked, and i checked the spam folder too, and there was nothing there either. so neither of them worked, but thanks for trying to help!

BUY FRAISES VIA STEAM

Nothing show up after clicking the button to buy fraises, I thought it was normal because TFM just got rebooted but after few hours it still doesnt work.

I see some post in TFM Community Hub on Steam with the same problem last Sunday.

The last time I was able to buy fraises is June 24, Wednesday.

Yeah, considering the amount of people with issues, you can safely assume that the problem is not on your end, but either on Atelier 801's or Steam's. I'll inform the admins about this.
