Go to Steam Help, Log in from there, and choose : "A Purchase" Then click at the Fraises payment that you have made, and ask for refunds there, maybe Steam can help you with that, I'm not sure you can get refunds from Ingame Purchase, but i have tried it with Game purchase before and they gave me Refunds. Sorry for Off-Topic :p

Apparently it still doesn't work for some ID players, including me.

I can't even get a link to go to paypal ./: Sometimes when I get into paypal, my card won't go through when I KNOW I have money in there.

Have you checked your popup settings? It may also be worthwhile to see if a different browser does the trick.

Nothing happen after i click the amount of Fraises i wan't to buy. Its actually working last month, but it's not redirect me to Steam page, but it opens a new Steam payment tab on my default browser.

EDIT: Did you mean the "Steam Page" is the web version of Steam?

That day, after i click the amount of Fraises i wan't to buy, it opens a new Steam payment tab on my default browser, and i think that's mean i can buy Fraises from Steam, and i clicked cancel (That's why is says "Failed"), last try is May 26th.

Like just AFTER I topped up my Steam Wallet it wont work. ;-;

and i also tried to reinstall the game and Verify the game data, still not working xP

I have forwarded your complaints to the admins again, but I don't expect they will look at it until Monday. If it's a Steam problem it's possible that things will work sooner, but I don't know about that.

Do your texts actually arrive at Allopass? You can check this by enabling an option on your phone that gives you a notification when messages are being delivered.
