Please read the first post of this thread and answer the questions at the end. I cannot begin to help you if I have no idea what you tried under which circumstances. If you are 100% sure you lost money without receiving Fraises, please head over to the contact form. Read all about the contact form here (in Turkish).

I do not know what to do , I have climbed the money and did not give me even a strawberry , I spoke with the mod told me to do the form for the problem , but do not respond , it is a day that aspect , if you want the whole screen with a mod in private .

I have tried multiple times buying fraises with a prepaid visa card. All the information is entered correctly however when it is time to go back to confirm the payment on transformice it tries to verify and then gives me this message: "Transaction error, please try again later." I have tried multiple times and I do not know if I am doing something wrong or if there is an issue on TFM's side. Thank you.

For ID people - I've been told it's most likely on Atelier 801's end, but it will take a while before it gets repaired. You should expect to start seeing changes around July 20. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This tends to be a browser or network issue, so try changing those things if possible. As the error suggests, sometimes it will simply work later on. If you lost money without receiving Fraises, please fill out the contact form. category Payment problem. More info on how to do this here.

Its been a couple days and I still have not been able to buy fraises. I've tried on different browsers, computers and even on different wifi and I still have not been able to buy fraises. Really annoying. "Transaction error, please try again later." keeps coming up.
