Redeeming Steam cards gives you money on your Steam Wallet. It's unrelated to Transformice / Atelier 801. I recommend you contact Steam support instead.

Just to be sure, earlier you mentioned you were using a Prepaid visa card. Are you using this through Paypal, Steam or through Allopass (mobile options) ? I am unfamiliar with using those kind of cards, but I will be happy to ask the admins to look into this if you can tell me the exact steps you take.

For ID people, I based the date of July 20th mostly on the fact that that was when Tig was supposed to be available again (and the fact that Fraises issues are high priority since they're a direct source of income). I will send them another reminder since your issues are not fixed yet.

I got fraises and I didn't get them yet I got 20$ and I am not happy. I clicked it and it went to paypal I soon typed all my stuff in etc. then after I clicked pay now and it said it would be comfirmed so I went back to tfm and waited 10 minutes.. Soon I got nothing which made me mad..

I've been spammed by Italian players that are having issues trying to purchase fraises using Allopass, they say they do everything properly, but in the end they receive an error message, lose their money and don't receive fraises. This has happened once to me (it was a minimum purchase so i let it go) but i've received 4-5 messages from player all experiencing the same problem. Can it be a thing?

50 Fraises needs 5 EGP, I already have EGP but when i try to send the message it says: Message not sent

Sendin' again and again but it says Not sent.

I'm from Palestine " but i use Israel internet i don't get the SMS option although Allopass do have Israel in list so whats going on ? . help plz
*and my Israeli friend doesn't have it too

This tends to happen sometimes. It would help if you filled out the questions at the end of the first post. In case you lost money without receiving Fraises, please fill out the contact form. More info on how to do that here.

Allopass appears to be covering only VISA in Israel. Have you been able to use SMS in Israel in the past?

Today I have tried purchasing 912 fraises for £5 via sms, however whenever I try sending out a message for a code, it won't send even though I have more than £5 balance on my phone. Would appreaciate if anyone could help with this issue.

^If the message won't send, it's most likely that the number you're trying to reach is offline. That makes it a problem on Allopass' end and something Atelier 801 admins have no control over. You can try contacting allopass about it, though there is a good chance that it's a temporary issue and will work later.

About Jordan's problem (old case) there is two ways to buy, (Umniah & Zain) Umniah is fixed, but Zain isn't fixed, is this Zain's company bug or?

I've been having an error where it says it's processing my payment and then it pops up with a message saying "Transaction error, please try again later". I've tried using different browsers. Not sure what the deal is. I'm trying to get 5$ worth, if that matters.

I've been trying to purchase 1100 fraises using paypal and both of my cards are being told "This card is not allowed to be used"..
I use google chrome, but I dont see hwo that effects anything.
I've purchased fraises before using the cards.
I've tried 7/10/2015 around 11 PM, And was told my cards can't be used,
and I tried again this morning around 7 AM told the same thing again

There is plenty of money on the cards and I've used them before.
I need help on this.

why i bought the fraises and said go to transformice thing but i open tfm nothing happens even I reopened the game. I tried to open the shop and click buy fraises it just pop out a blank thing which usually should be pop up to a link.
