Did you make sure you don't have any typos? Did you check your Spam and Trash folders?

Im having troubles with gifting, when I click the item I want to gift I get this thing saying that I've been sent a email with a code but when I look I see no email.

I'm also having this issue, I'm using a yahoo account. Every time i try to gift someone the verification code never shows up. Also been trying to change my email but nobody has responded to that request.

hi , I had bought fraises by phone (sms) wich cost me 15QR but i didn't get the code ?

Transformice only directly communicates with Allopass, who in turn communicates with the companies you mention. Any problems with these methods are outside of Atelier 801's sphere of control.

Most likely a temporary problem as the error states. In the meantime, perhaps you can try Steam? It should allow you to put exactly 5$ on a Steam Wallet.

I'm going to assume you use these cards to charge your Paypal account. If that's not the case please post back. If it is the case, it's a problem with Paypal, there's nothing we can do about that here.

why i bought the fraises and said go to transformice thing but i open tfm nothing happens even I reopened the game. I tried to open the shop and click buy fraises it just pop out a blank thing which usually should be pop up to a link.

When you close either the shop window or TFM altogether any transaction should automatically cancelled, which also means you should not have lost any money over this. The blank window is most likely a temporary problem resulting from you closing TFM with a transaction in progress. If you have lost any money over this, please fill out the contact form (instructions for this are linked on the first post of this thread).

This may sound silly, but have you checked your spam folder? TFM's messages sometimes go there. (also it's Fraises and not Frasies)

Same as above. As for contact form usage; it's a very busy and constant stream of messages. With both Zou and Galaktine having attended Gamescom I imagine they are a bit behind on processing messages. If you sent your message longer than 3 weeks ago, please send me a PM and I'll try to sort it out.

Assuming QR = Qatarian Riyal and assuming phone SMS costs aren't as high as 15QR (=3.71€), you probably can get a refund. For this you will have to fill out Atelier 801's contact form. Fill it out for the EN community, write in English and pick as category "Payment problem". Additional help on filling it out can be found here (under tab "Payment problem").

This error occurs in two cases: either when Paypal or Allopass tells TFM there was an error with the payment or the user cancelled the payment.

In both cases it means the payment was cancelled and no money should have been withdrawn from your account. You may want to try again at a later time.

What payment method did you use? I have 20 free fraises from an old Christmas event

Which operating system does your computer run? Linux, Fedora Linux; pretty new version but I don't know what specifically.

Almost all the time when I check the shop, it's like fraises are non-existent. I see no button to buy them, no button to gift items, and no price in fraises for anything. Additionally, I cannot see the fraises I have. I don't care too much about it, as 20 can't buy much of anything and I'm not going to buy more, but I figured I would report this while I'm troubleshooting new connection issues as it may help.

If I recall correctly, this issue also has happened on another computer with Windows 7 and Google Chrome.

I occasionally can see everything I'm supposed to see, but it's random as far as I can tell.

I selected an amount of fraises to buy, but nothing pops up!

Make sure you don't have popups blocked in your browser, or allow popups from Transformice. You may also have to change your default browser.

All mobile transactions are handled by a company called Allopass. Allopass doesn't cover all countries. It's incredibly complex to cover multiple countries because they all have different networks/infrastructure, providers, laws, preferences regarding mobile payments, currencies and so on.

I went onto the store on transformice after putting money on my steam account to buy fraises and clicked on 'Buy Fraises' but then it closed the shop and nothing else came up. i have tried logging out and logging back in again, however, i got the same result. I havn't had any problems with buying fraises through steam in the past and it has worked fine up until now.

It's most likely a temporary problem (most likely with Steam's payment service). Please post back here if this still happens tomrorow (during office hours so I can ask admins).
