The blank window is most likely a temporary problem resulting from you closing TFM with a transaction in progress. What payment method did you use? I have 20 free fraises from an old Christmas event How do you access Transformice? Web browser Which web browser do you use? Firefox Which operating system does your computer run? Linux, Fedora Linux; pretty new version but I don't know what specifically. Which flash player version do you have installed? 11,2,202,491 Please also describe the problem as detailed as possible. Almost all the time when I check the shop, it's like fraises are non-existent. I see no button to buy them, no button to gift items, and no price in fraises for anything. Additionally, I cannot see the fraises I have. I don't care too much about it, as 20 can't buy much of anything and I'm not going to buy more, but I figured I would report this while I'm troubleshooting new connection issues as it may help. If I recall correctly, this issue also has happened on another computer with Windows 7 and Google Chrome. I occasionally can see everything I'm supposed to see, but it's random as far as I can tell. |

I selected an amount of fraises to buy, but nothing pops up! Make sure you don't have popups blocked in your browser, or allow popups from Transformice. It's incredibly complex to cover multiple countries because they all have different networks/infrastructure, providers, laws, preferences regarding mobile payments, currencies and so on. |

I went onto the store on transformice after putting money on my steam account to buy fraises and clicked on 'Buy Fraises' but then it closed the shop and nothing else came up. i have tried logging out and logging back in again, however, i got the same result. I havn't had any problems with buying fraises through steam in the past and it has worked fine up until now. |

tried to buy 20$ worth of fraises using paypal on a computer. filled out all the info correctly, and it worked fine until i went back to the tfm window. told me there was a transaction error, and to try again later. nothing here is helping me at all and i have no idea whats wrong. im using firefox btw. |
