So, I use Steam and when I click on "Buy fraises" nothing appears, or popout, like the screen that shows how much it cost and how many. I tried to restart my laptop, or even reinstall the game both nothing helped.

I need more information to help you out. Try reading carefully through the first post. At the end you'll find some common questions. It would help if you started with answering those.

I bought fraises. Then I Went to shop and bought the trumpet ball thing for 50 fraises. I never rechived the item but I lost the fraises. I reported this, nothing happend (ive also checked for the item later but no ive never gotten it). This was a quite while ago (more than two weeks probably around a month). A little Before writing this, I gifted a player named Lezbez a applecanoon. She rechieved the message that she got the item, I got her thank you card but she never rly got the item, and yes, she knows whatt item it was. Also if this helps,when i bought fraises some of the tries failed and i had to do it again, but Luckily i lost no Money without getting them.

idk which web browser i got both firefox and internet Explorer but i Think internet Explorer is the main one.

I Think Adobe fashplayer is installed automaticly..

You should fill out the contact form, category Payment problem. Make it very clear that there are two different problems, being 1. you lost 50 fraises without receiving the item you bought and 2. your gift was never added to your friend's inventory. If possible it would help if for the second case your friend also fills out the contact form separately.

This is most likely a connection issue with Steam. I'll ask admins to look into it since you're both from E2. Perhaps it's a regional issue.

I wanted to warn of a bug, maybe a problem I just me.
When I entered the code, pin, to buy 'Strawberries', the latter was being refused invalid ...
And over here it goes well ... Then two minutes later I get a message that says that I had received the strawberries, and my credit had been discredited.
I went to see and it was, indeed, discredited, but there is no shadow of strawberries ...
I tried again (Other € 2.99) and no strawberries ...

Which web browser do you use? (Chrome / Internet Explorer / Firefox / Safari / Opera / Other) - Google Chrome

Which operating system does your computer run? (Windows / Mac / Linux) Please also specify which version (e.g. Windows 8.1 64 bit) - windows XP 32 Bit (old af)

Which flash player version do you have installed? You can check this on the adobe website - No idea. But it shouldn't have anything to say about my fraises from phone?

Please also describe the problem as detailed as possible. - I went to the shop. -> Buy Fraises -> Picked an amount of fraises and I got a popup saying a number and that I have to send PIN to it and I would get a code. So I did it and I never got a code.

Please check the following things:

- Did the message get sent? Sometimes Allopass' number is down, in this case your phone will show a warning next to the message.
- Were you charged money beyond your normal texting costs?

Assuming you're using Allopass (like the reports about this on the previous page), it's on their end and not on Transformice's. There's not much we can do about it other than suggesting you use a different payment method, like Steam Wallet or Paypal. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello! I've been trying to buy fraises via Steam but it doesn't seem to work. The in-game window that shows the amount and price of the fraises comes up but when I select one of the options, I do not get redirected to a browser so no there is no confirmation of payment. Could you help me out, please? Thank you!
