I'm having a problem with my payment, i just buyed 2 codes for 10 EUR with a Paysafecard, and when i press 'ok' with a code in, a screen pops up with 'null Error #8'. I closed the page from Google Chrome (with transformice on it) and tried it on Internet explorer but that does the same thing.. :(

I payed for fraises, twice, $20 for 2,400, i did not receive anything.

its doing this thing where when i want to buy fraises, it wont let me use any card to pay it with. i think only prepaid gift cards work for it unless it decided yesterday and today that it didnt want to work at all. its very annoying though. the moment i get extra money to buy something, it doesnt work.

I was wondering if anyone could help. I'm trying to buy fraises via steam, but the window will not pop up after I pick the amount of fraises I want. I put some money in my steam wallet for the fraises so logging into the browser version and paying through paypal isn't an option for me. I use the steam stand alone. I have always been able to buy fraises through steam so I don't think it is a pop-up block issue. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. ;;

Edit: A day later and i'm still having the same problem. It seems others are too vvvv Would appreciate a reply.

Since TFM is on steam, are you able to do that or not?

If you mean Steam gift cards, they should add funds to your Steam wallet. Once you've done that you should be able to use your wallet to purchase Fraises.

The problem here is the connecion to Steam. It sometimes times out. Usually Atelier 801 cannot help it.

I wonder when they will arrive and it will come, because recently bought in 2400 for strawberries ticket, I paid the ticket and until now the strawberries did not come, I think it already does about 10 days.

Really its probably a missing link with Atelier801 as many other players are having this problem it seems. If you lost money without receiving your fraises, then you must fill out the contact form and include as much information as you can about the transaction. Things to include is the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation e-mail (or SMS), general system information (operating system, browser used, etc), and anything else relevant to the purchase. Please use this thread to help you fill out the contact form.
