ive tried validating my email for a couple of days and its still not working lmao
hope this gets fixed soon

There have been problems with validation emails for a while, probably (this is my own speculation) because of changes made to the password changing system. The problem has been reported and since it affects not only purchases but anything requiring a validation email I expect it to be fixed as soon as possible.

Having the same problem, probably won't be able to get the tiger fur in time..

I bought a winter hat and tried to customize it with fraises. it took my fraises, but did not allow me to customize the hat.

My problem is not listed here, or the listed answer does not help me!

I bought one of my other accounts earmuffs for 50 fraises (i think) and a hairstyle for 40 fraises It said gift sent and took my fraises out but my other account never got the gift. I've been logging in daily to see if i'll ever recieve it but still no sign of it yet, I also tried gifting it again but when i tried it said this player already has this item. Yet the account still doesn't have the gift yet what do i do about it? Transfomice hasnt emailed me back yet and its been a week already.

When you will fix the problem?

Unfortunately it can take up to two weeks to get a reply from the contact form. It takes a while, because there are many people sending in forms daily, while only two people (the community managers, Zou and Galaktine) are authorized to look at them. If you do not receive a reply within 2 weeks of sending your form, send me a private message and I will personally harass the admins about it ;-)

Same thing is happening to me. Im trying to get the validation email, waited so far 4 hours, and I havnt heard a response from the team or a validation email, I really want to get the cow fur before the sale ends! Please help!!!!

Every time I fill out the paypal form and confirm my payment on transformice, I get a message saying "Transaction error, Please try again" or at least something like that. This has been going on for four days now.

On the event, when i get fraises they don't come up. I get fraises in my inventory, i open the fraises, look at the shop and still have the same amount of fraises as before. This also happened to my sister.
Also, a suggestion for buying fraises. Can you make it available to buy fraises in the transformice app like with an iTunes gift card because if that was available I would definitely buy fraises
