Well, I tried paying by using texting. The first time, I used $10.5 AUD. As usual, you post 'PASS' twice, and it would charge you for both times, and it gives you the code on the second text. However, as shown in the picture below, it didnt work. Frustrated, I tried doing the $5.25 AUD feature. It gave me the code, and I put it in, but only to be given the error #8 page. My problem is not on the list. I've tried to buy fraises, and I filled out everything I needed to, and I kept the window open like I should, but whenever I click "confirm payment" It keeps saying "Transaction error, please try again." I have chrome, but I switched my browser to Fire Fox, just as suggested, but still will not work. I've tried 3 times now. I have 20$ left on my card, so I don't see why there's an issue. I selected to buy £5 worth of fraise (in UK server) and it said i got the fraise. I went to the store to go but some stuff and gift me good pal something when it said I have 2 fraise. So I immediately go to check my balance on my mobile and I have £0.00 after just topping it up with £5! I feel that I just got scammed and I will never buy fraise ever again until I get my monies worth! |

Hello! I'm posting regarding my purchase with fraises, I'm a first timer when it comes to Allopass, never heard of it until today. I wasn't sure what Allopass was throughout the payment, everything went fine I got my fraises and whatnot, but the only thing is now I'm not sure how to pay my bill with Allopass? I'm really worried about this problem, I would like to fix it as soon as possible. Answering to the questions: -I used Allopass -I access Transformice using my brower. -I use Safari -I run Mac -I believe i'm up to date with Flash. Anyway overall, I don't know how to use Allopass or pay for my Fraises using it, and I would really love some help. |

If the problem persists, consider making a separate bug thread. As for your suggestion, Atelier 801 uses Hipay / Allopass and Steam to handle payments for them. Directly accepting any sort of gift cards would require them to personally handle payments, so I'm afraid it has little chance of being implemented.
