Problems with payment/fraises?

First of all, thanks Lemodile for this useful thread !

To put it in a nutshell, here are necessary knowledge about your fraises payments :

Paypal errors come from Paypal, unfortunately we cannot do anything about that
About gift cards : it works if you add them to your paypal account (I don't know about Steam, let me know !)
You must have linked your email on your forum profile of course

General info about Steam : we did this in order to prevent Steam fraud as possible as it is in our power. So if you can't buy by Steam, try ingame, it's the best solution.

Les erreurs Paypal viennent de Paypal, on ne peut rien faire malheureusement
Les cartes cadeaux fonctionnent si elles approvisionnent un compte Paypal (je ne sais pas pour Steam, dites-moi !)
Vous devez avoir lié votre adresse mail évidemment

Info générale sur Steam : on a mis tout ça en place pour prévenir la fraude autant que faire se peut. Si vous ne pouvez pas acheter via Steam, essayez en jeu, ça reste la meilleure solution.

Okay, hi, so I'm having an issue with Steam. It says "You must purchase something else with your Steam account before you are enabled to purchase fraises." I recently just bought two games, and it really irks me how Transformice hasn't caught up on that. I've made sure that everything is linked properly and even restarted a few times... Any ideas on how I can fix this? All the money is directly in my Steam Wallet. :/

I am using steam to buy fraises but few days ago this message popped up, You must have done previous purchases with your Steam account before being able to purchase fraises. And I don't know what to do :\ Because every other previous purchase is done :\

I saw the bug and found a way around it, but I don't know if it will work again. all you need is the link to the amount you wish to purchase, I did it once but it worked

It's a recent Steam update to combat frauds. I don't know the specifics quite yet, but in the meantime can you confirm whether your previous purchases (if applicable) totaled over $5 (use converter if needed)?

I also had a issue with Paypal, so I tried a different way and it worked. I always buy my fraises on the website instead of Steam

With the new update, we are forced to buy a fur and wait 7 days before being able to gift.

But what if we really don't want to buy a fur? :/ Did they think about that? I mean, yes, the majority of people like furs, but I just want to gift a friend, not to buy a fur for myself...

Alright so lets get straight to the point,
I contacted dracoleaf he told me some things, but my sister bought a steam card the day steam stopped working, the only reason why she bought it was because of fraises, so basically what this update is doing is wasting peoples money, making them buy other steam games they don't actually want? Either transformice has to fix this now or contact steam a way around it for the game, i am furious with the update that my own sister's savings she had been getting together for some time has been WASTED and i mean wasted as if its the very last thing you want to look on earth

Hello, I also have been facing issues purchasing fraises via steam. It keeps sending me this message. "You must have done previous purchases with your Steam account before being able to purchase fraises." like said in previous posts. However, i have purchased fraises through steam before and also a game through steam. So i do not understand why am i not allowed to buy fraises. Any help to prevent this from happening?
