Well, apparently, although Transformice informs me that they DO accept MasterCard, it will NOT accept Vanilla PREPAID MasterCards. My grandma does not have a credit card, so she bought this. We had some troubles with the card that we resolved, but in the end 25 un-refundable dollars were wasted. I think this needs to be changed.

Whaaaaat? I have a hard time believing that Transformice would be that greedy. :'c

OK, so 4 days go by, no responses or compensation for what i havent received with fraises... glad i only spent $5 and not more, would probably have gotten more to if it worked, but since the devs dont seem to give a shit about there donators ill just play for free.

I'm trying to use the Zong payment method. It's taking my money, but I haven't received any fraises!

From what we know so far, this is not a problem on Transformice's end but on Zong's end. They are most likely failing to transfer the money from Zong to Transformice.

Please visit <a href="http://www.zong.com/help/contact-us" target="_blank">this page</a> and explain your problem as precisely as possible. You should either get a refund, or they'll send your money to Transformice and you'll get your fraises. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this, though. We also haven't got any information on how long it takes to get a response or your problem fixed.


I keep getting error #3!

It appears that a recent Google Chrome update is causing the purchase to fail. Try using a different browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.


I'm trying to buy fraises using Zong, but it's not working.

Zong may not support your country, you should be fine if your country is listed <a href="http://www.zong.com/merchants/global_reach" target="_blank">here</a>, though. Vice versa, however, you might still be able to purchase fraises even if your country is not on the list.

i really dont know what happed, my dad had to do the paypal part =.=" then it said comfirm on tfm and thats when i checked to comfirm but nothing had popped up

It would've showed on the box in the box that said "Do not close until you've finished purchasing" or something like that when you clicked to buy "____ amount of fraises".
And when you had finished doing the paypal thing, the box would have changed to where it has 2 buttons, "Yes" and "No"
